I made homemade fish nuggets and tartar sauce today, using the recipe from this month's Cooking Light.
The fish was excellent. I would skip the part with the tartar sauce next time though and just buy the stuff in the bottle at the store. It tasted too much of parsley, which may be my fault, but I still wouldn't do it again.
